As always, the UACES annual conference was a highly enjoyable experience. Held in the beautiful Loire valley in Angers at ESSCA, I really felt it was an opportunity to share ideas, make new research plans and catch up with friends and colleagues. In keeping with previous years, my possession of a camera has resulted in a large crop of photos, some few of which I share below: if you need a picture of you or the town, then I probably have it somewhere on a hard-drive – just let me know.
